Simply put there is no better gym in the UK in terms of quality of equipment, cleanliness, atmosphere, service. Nathan and his team are always approachable. I love this place! It’s not just a good quality gym it a clean friendly atmosphere and equipment is to such hi standard that why I joined . It’s equipped for the average fitness person and the high level athlete as its owner is a professional athlete. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

There are alot of good gyms around the UK with alot of equipment. However i have yet to experience a gym where every machine i used hits what its meant to hit and well.
This is a great training facility with more than you can wish for. It is suited for all types of trainers from all backgrounds. Credit to the owner who makes everyone feel welcome. He is a top bloke and I will see you next time hopefully.
